Sat Resnarkoba Polres Kutim Gagalkan Peredaran Shabu Ratusan Gram

POLRESKUTIM.COM, – Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Kutai Timur kembali menggagalkan peredaran gelar Narkotika di wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Kapolres Kutim AKBP Anggoro Wicaksono kemudian memimpin Press Release kasus Narkoba dengan jumlah Tersangka 5 Orang dan barang bukti Narkotika jenis Shabu-shabu seberat 475,66 gram bertempat di Mapolres Kutim, Rabu pagi (3/8/2022).

Operasi yang dipimpin oleh Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Kutim Iptu Jelatu tersebut mengungkap penyalahgunaan narkoba asal Negara Malaysia yang rencananya akan disebarluaskan di beberapa Kecamatan di Kab. Kutim.

Kapolres Kutim mengatakan bahwa selain barang bukti Shabu-shabu, dari kelima tersangka tersebut juga di amankan timbangan digital, handphone, tas milik tersangka dan 1 (satu) unit mobil rental asal Bontang yang digunakan untuk mobilisasi.

Kelima Tersangka tersebut adalah AB (34) warga asal Kecamatan Rantau Pulung, NA (32) asal Kecamatan Teluk Pandan, SP (46) asal Kecamatan Muara Wahau, AR (38) asal Kecamatan Telen dan OP (35) asal Kecamatan Karangan.

“AB dan SP adalah residivis kasus narkoba juga. Padahal AB ini masih hitungan hari baru bebars dari Lapas Bontang,” Kata Kapolres.

Kelimanya diamankan di empat tempat berbeda dan akan dikenakan pasal 112 dan 114 ayat 2 dengan ancaman penjara paling singkat 5 tahun dan paling lama seumur hidup serta ancaman hukuman mati.
